Over a decade ago, I had my spiritual breakthrough — the kind that doesn't arrive gently. Through years of intense self-study, hundreds of hours of practice, and deep immersion in both science and spirit, I became who I am today — a certified Neuro-Mental Coach and psychic Medium.

Today I work at the intersection of neuroscience, mindfulness, spiritual practice, and evidential mediumship — holding space for transformations that are rigorous, tender, and real.

No information was exchanged except names and phone numbers prior to us meeting. This was my first session working with a medium professionally. I reached out to Nicola because of one of these dreams, which I did not tell Nicola of. My intensions were to be open to what comes through, and to contact my mom. She cleared and prepared the space verbally asking only for light and reiterated my intensions. The first couple energies that came through I could not understand how they were linked to me. When Nicola first encountered my mom, Nicola was hesitant, and for understandable reasons – I immediately said, "that's my mom." Nicola cleared the room again: reinforcing only light beings were invited and asking for my mom (by name) to come forth. Nicola described a space that matched and reinforced a dream I had with my mom days prior, which sent me to tears while I slept. One of the things my mom said was, "I left you something" showing Nicola where to find "writing" or a "letter." Six days later I walked into my mom's room, where she had died and my sister was holding up the addressed writing to me. I asked my sister where she had found the paperwork. Just as my mom instructed Nicola, the papers were found in a cupboard, in a skinny drawer, under a mirror. When I told my sister of meeting with a medium who directed me to that exact drawer under the mirror, my sister turned white. I am grateful for the conversation I had with my mom, as it allowed some grounding after her passing, even if some parts of the session didn't make sense – I am aware that setting an intention of being open to what comes through, may yield information I do not yet understand."
