Each session is 1:1, 60 minutes, conducted online. We begin with where you are. We work with targeted exercises — some quiet, some active, all designed to create real movement. You leave with clarity, a shifted perspective, and concrete next steps.
No. Mental training works with your thinking patterns and beliefs — it is forward-looking and solution-oriented. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I will say so clearly.
Some people experience significant shifts in a single session. Others choose to work over several months. We assess this together after the first session.
