Some things do not resolve through thinking. Grief, family patterns, stored weight — these live in the body and in the spaces between people. Emotional release work creates a held, safe space for what is ready to move through you.

The Work

What this work includes

Emotional release sessions draw from several approaches, combined intuitively based on what you bring:

Constellation work — to see family and relational dynamics from a different angle, to understand what you may have taken on unconsciously, and to find your place within the system more clearly.

Values work — to identify what you are truly living for, where your emotions are pointing, and what your felt experience is trying to tell you.

Affirmation practice — not as positive thinking overlay, but as a precise tool to shift the internal language you use about yourself and your life.

What a session feels like

Sessions are body- and heart-centred. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive — often the work begins precisely where words end. The pace is yours. Nothing is forced. You will be held.

These sessions are held exclusively in person — not online. This work requires physical presence, shared space, and the quiet intelligence of the body. Sessions take place in Vienna, Austria, or Nicola comes to you — wherever you are.

What you may want to know.

Do I need to know what I want to work on?

No. Many people arrive with only a felt sense — something heavy, something unresolved. That is enough to begin.

Are sessions available online?

No. Emotional release sessions are held exclusively in person. This work relies on physical presence, shared space, and the body's own intelligence — elements that cannot be fully replicated through a screen. Sessions take place in Vienna, Austria, or Nicola travels to you.

Is this therapy or psychological counselling?

No. Emotional release sessions are not therapy, psychotherapy, or psychological counselling, and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. This work is complementary in nature — it supports self-awareness, emotional processing, and inner orientation. If you are experiencing acute mental health challenges, trauma, or crisis, please consult a licensed therapist or psychologist. Nicola will always say so clearly if she feels professional support would serve you better.

How is this different from the Mental Training sessions?

Mental training works primarily with thought patterns and beliefs. Emotional release works with what lives beneath thought — in the body, in family systems, in stored emotional experience. Many people find both approaches complement each other.
